Crushed stone is exactly what you would expect, stone that has been crushed. The process starts with large rocks that are fed through a rock crusher and then screened to sift out certain size stones. Sizes range from large riprap all the way down to fines or dust. The most common crushed stone is produced from limestone, which is off white to gray in color, but can be brown to shades of red.
Crusher Run
Crusher Run is one of the most requested materials we deliver, known for its excellent compaction properties. It contains dust and fines from the crushing process, which helps it compact tightly, making it an ideal choice for creating a solid, stable base.
